My name is Chloe Curtis and I am a costume technician based in El Paso, Texas, with a passion for bringing stories to life through thoughtful craftsmanship and creative problem solving. I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Texas at El Paso, where I initially believed performing was the only place I belonged in the theatre. That changed when I began working in the costume shop. What started as a student job quickly became an artistic outlet I never knew I needed, revealing a new way to tell stories while supporting the work onstage.

During my undergraduate career, I spent five years working in two different costume shops, where I developed a strong technical foundation and an appreciation for the fast-paced, collaborative nature of production work. Those experiences shaped my work ethic and reinforced my belief that great costuming is equal parts artistry, precision, and teamwork. I’m excited to continue growing as a costume technician while helping create productions that make storytelling possible from behind the scenes.
